Rental Policies:

All rates are based on 6 person occupancy.
All cabins are non-smoking.
A 12 % sales/lodging tax and a cleaning fee of #25.00 per cabin or pavilion rental.
Check in is 3:00 pm and Check out is 11:00am, late check out may result in a $25.00 fee
Pet friendly cabins with advance notification and fees of $25.00/day $50./week, $75/two weeks, $100/3 weeks, and $150/month. If pet in on furniture your credit card will be charged $100.00 to have it cleaned. All pets must show documentation from a vet of current VACCINATIONS (minimum of rabies and bordetella) and FLEA control. Bordetella must be administered at least 2 weeks prior to visit.
State laws prohibit fireworks on the property.
Two night minimum stay during weddings, family reunions, and holidays.
The party securing rental is responsible for any damage and must be 21 years old.
Ten (10) days cancellation notice is required
Owner/management not liable for theft, damage, fire, or injury while on property
All keys must be returned and placed in black box beside front office door, failure to do will result in a $25.00 fee which will be placed on your credit card
Fishing is catch and release only. No live bait or corn permitted
Pavilion and Conference Center:
All trash must be removed and taken to dumpster at the end of the drive, failure to do so will result in a $50.00 fee.
If picnic tables need to be moved the must be replaced before departure, failure to do so will result in a $75,00 fee
